Shipping Policy
Order processing times, shipping rates, and shipping times vary for individual products, as we are partnered with third party printers through Printify. Individual items may be shipped separately due to items being printed in separate facilities by separate printing companies. Original artworks and hand made pieces created by our artist will also be shipped separately from any items being printed by our third parties. Shipping times are estimates displayed at checkout, and take between 2 and 15 days after processing.
For printed items, orders may take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Once the order is fulfilled by our third party(s), you will receive a shipment confirmation in your inbox along with tracking information. For orders fulfilled by our artist, processing can take between 24 and 36 hours. For specially requested/commissioned pieces, our artist can take between 2 days and 4 weeks to complete the project before packing and shipping, depending on the request, materials, size of the piece, etc. Once your order has been shipped through UPS, you will receive a shipment confirmation and, if applicable, a tracking number. Tracking numbers for orders fulfilled by our artist are not guaranteed. If you have not received shipment information after 36 hours, please contact Art by JWB so that we may assist you.
Sales taxes applied at checkout are calculated based on the location or ZIP code that the order will ship to. In addition, "Printify calculates and collects sales taxes based on resale certificates provided by the merchant." (https://printify.com/blog/understanding-sales-tax-with-printify/)
Art by JWB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Art by JWB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Art by JWB directly to speak with our artist and business owner about your order.
Art by JWB currently only ships within the United States, and does carry out shipments to Canada or internationally. If you are located outside of the US and would like to make a purchase, please notify us through our contact page.
Return & Exchange Policy
Art by JWB does not accept returns or refund purchases for goods printed by our third parties because the products are custom-made. We do not accept returns or refund purchases for original pieces as it is not feasible for our artist. If you are unhappy with the items you have received, we would like to make it right with you. Please visit our contact page so that we may assist you.
